The Breathe with Your Body container helps your system gently restore through the healing principle of breath, honoring your body's current capacity and timeline.

Your anxious mind is not a burden. It's your superpower waiting to be unleashed.

That’s why it’s time to stop fixing it and to start breathing with it. This container will illuminate the soft strength that is already inside of you so you can befriend your nervous system and dissolve old patterns of distrust and self-doubt.

You will use the breath to reclaim you. Whether that is choosing to savor flavors of your favorite tea instead of scrolling mindlessly or going for a walk as a way to love your body instead of punishing it, you will remember, you are capable of being in the driver seat.

This container is for those who believe their anxiety may just hold wisdom, are ready to recognize their sensitivity as a gift, or are committed to thriving with chronic illness.

Pay in full or along the way (whichever feels the most breathgiving)

  • Five group sessions on Zoom for one month beginning Thursday, August 7th (great time of day to reset your nervous system for the rest of the day ahead).

  • A 30-minute 1:1 session is scheduled for sometime in Weeks 1 or 2 for your body-based breath assessment

  • Group Google Calendar that links to audio recordings, somatic exercises, and worksheets to integrate conscious breaths into your day-to-day during the our time together.

  • A breath kit that includes props (courageous ball and other goodies) delivered to you to support you and your body during this container.

  • A beginning-of-the-week check-in via gentle voice messages.
