I support women who are navigating a changing body due to pain, illness, or anxiety, ready to remember how to relax throughout her days, seeking a transformational tool, approachable breathwork, and someone to guide them.

She feels disconnected from her body or frustrated with it due to injury or pain, and is curious how breath can reconnect her with her own physiology.
She's ready to stop overdoing, overgiving, and overallowing - starting with stopping the overbreathing.
She's frustrated with her changing ability and how it affects her everyday living, her adventures around town and out in nature, and not to mention her lifelong pursuit of sport.

Join me for a 1 month commitment, a combination of breath coaching and strategic support as you integrate breathwork into your life in this season to build resiliency and a greater capacity for your body that is new once again.
The structure of Take a Breather is intentional.
After combing through hundreds of studies, what I’ve noticed is that shorter breathing sessions across multiple days over a four to six-week timeframe lead to the shifts that you are seeking when navigating anxiety, chronic illness, and injury.

3 Weekly 1x1 Breath Coaching Sessions (Weeks 1, 2 and 4) - Personalized 30-minute virtual sessions where we explore your specific breathing patterns and create techniques tailored to where you need spaces of breathing and restoration most.
2-3 Pre-Recorded Breathers - Short, accessible practices you can do anywhere to anchor your nervous system scheduled strategically throught your week to develop your relaxation muscle during your life, in real-time.
Breathing Calendar or Text Reminders to Habit Stack The Breath Into Your Life - Gentle accountability that helps you weave breathwork into your existing routines without added pressure.
Unlimited Email Access - Ongoing support between sessions so you never feel alone in your practice or transformation.
Welcome Kit - There’s nothing like receiving snail mail to cement your system in the present. This will include a coregeous ball and some other goodies to anchor conscious breathing into your schedule.

I bring lived experience, evidence-based breath trainings, and a great capacity for listening to these monthly journeys. Plus, my Sustainability MBA means I thrive in creating systems to foster positive growth. But now, I get to shape systems to encourage breathing practices instead of green energy and employee engagement plans.
I decided to begin facilitating slow and steady mindful breathing sessions after Covid brought my body to a standstill in 2020 and not-so-gently nudged me to get real about the beliefs and unexpressed emotions that were holding me back.
Slowing down to breathe for about five to twenty minutes per day not only supported my nervous system during Long Covid, POTS, and divorce but expanded my capacity to step into a life where I am fully alive and free to be me.
I am confident our month together will not only give you space to brreathe but to be on the nervous system level to become your strongest, softest self.

Week 1: Intention-setting session + personalized breathwork experience (15 min practice). Begin your 2-3 custom breathing practices scheduled throughout your week.
Week 2: Deepen your practice with refined techniques based on Week 1 insights. Continue your scheduled breathing practices with new variations.
Week 3: Integration week - no session, but custom accountability check-ins and continued scheduled practices to embody what you're learning.
Week 4: Final session to refine your approach, celebrate progress, and create your sustainable practice moving forward.
Each live session includes 15 minutes of breathwork and 15 minutes of breath strategy setting. You will reemerge realigned with your essence, beyond the stories you mind wants to tell you.
