Each week we focus on breathing with, releasing, and making space in different areas of the body. This is based on my scientifically-backed trainings in Body by Breath and with the Breath School.

The order we go in will be based on your lived experience and where more sensation lies. Until recently, I’ve shied away from using the body as the map for the breath as I haven’t felt confident in the anatomy and physiology. Now, I do, and I want to share this work with you because it is on profoundly grown my ability to relax and in turn LIVE MORE.
