Mindful Outdoor Experience: Walk with the Breath to Let Go and Let Be
Step into the quiet beauty of the autumn forest and let nature guide you toward balance and renewal. This two-hour mindful outdoor experience combines gentle breathwork, sensory exploration, and forest connection to help you release what no longer serves and embrace what is.
Drawing from Kripalu mindfulness traditions and breath-centered practices, Ana and Sarah will guide you through the seasonal wisdom of letting go. Following the lead of the deciduous trees as they release their leaves, we will slow down too, softening, releasing, and creating space for renewal.

Breathwork & Bodywork for Fall
Join us for a nurturing class to embrace the change of season and ease into autumn. Kristin and Sarah have integrated the benefits of relaxing breathwork and meditation with gentle bodywork to encourage the mind and body to let go after the expansive summer season. Enter into the season with intention and presence rooted in breathing and massage techniques selected for the season. Rather than resisting the surrender of fall, we practice yielding and allowing all that fall brings.

Breathwork at KOS Sauna's Opening Party
This is an evening of celebration and healing at Lago by Druthers in Saratoga Springs. Featuring a “saunics” sound installation, cello and Reiki sound baths, breathwork sessions, and aufguss rituals, this will be our introduction to the community, not to be missed!
Slo Breathworks will be offering two thirty minute sessions at 5:00pm and 6:30pm, where you will surrender to your breath, moving from awareness, counted breaths, and cooling techniques as you settle into your restored and grounded state, the one that exists beyond the doing.

Community Acupuncture & Gentle Breathwork for Spring
The one hour will give space for the six recipients to receive and arrive in the new season of spring, the season of the inhale.
As the Nei Jing shares, "The three months of Spring, they denote breaking open the old to create the new."
The combination of the slow breathing techniques and acupuncture will focus on the themes of spring - expansion and flourishing to restore overall well-being. The acupuncture treatment will focus on the liver and gallbladder meridians, those associated with Spring in Chinese medicine, while the breathwork flow will include slow inhales followed by soft inhale holds and even meandering exhales to allow for the acupuncture to take.

Breathwork & Bodywork for Spring
As we welcome the season of spring, also known as the season of the inhale, embrace the fullness and bursting energy of the spring with breathwork, meditation, and gentle bodywork.
In Classical Chinese Medicine and Yin Yoga, Spring coincides with the element of Wood–representing the basis for life. This season is when our yang (active) increases and chi is high, channeling the water’s energy (winter’s energy) into a structured flow.The wood element gives us our will to survive and provides our reservoir for energy. When imbalanced, however, feelings of timidity, inflexibility, and anger may arise.
Through gentle bodywork, meditation and breathing techniques, this class will work to channel, embrace, and bring balance to these stubborn emotions (that we sometimes want to avoid or bottle up). Rather than resisting the flow of yang in and around us, we will practice welcoming the upward quality of spring with acupressure points, invigorating inhales, and supportive poses to allow your most flexible self in this season.
