“For the first time in my adult life, I’ve slowed down to feel connected to my body and have a better understanding of my emotions. I leave sessions feeling calm, centered, and extremely relaxed.

“Combined with her athletic background, Sarah has been such a calming presence during our sessions. She really wants to make your experience enjoyable and productive and is totally comfortable changing directions and altering your session for the best experience.”

Sarah here.

I decided to begin facilitating slow and steady mindful breathing sessions after Covid brought my body to a standstill in 2020 and not-so-gently nudged me to get real about the beliefs and unexpressed emotions that were holding me back.

Slowing down to breathe for about ten to twenty minutes per day not only supported my nervous system during POTS, stroke, and Long Covid but also expanded my capacity to step into a life where I am fully alive and free to be me.

I believe a daily breathwork practice can elicit that for you and serve as a bridge to rewrite your individual stories on a nervous system level, allowing you to root into you, no matter what comes your way.

The Go-Getter and Busy Doer who pursues 1:1s is…

  • Disconnected from her body or frustrated with it due to injury or pain, and is curious how breath can reconnect her with her own physiology.

  • Ready to stop overdoing, overgiving, and overallowing - starting with stopping the overbreathing.

  • Frustrated with her changing ability and how it affects her everyday living, her adventures around town and out in nature, and not to mention her lifelong pursuit of sport.

  • Knows her value and worth. She is ready to create a practice that honors her body and her breath. Finally.

  • Getting to know her body as it is in this season.

  • Open to feeling and expressing her anger so she can catalyze it into action rather than store it in her body.

Experience 60 minutes of deep restoration through a personalized blend of breathwork, myofascial release, sound, and yin yoga. Each session is intuitively designed to help you reconnect with your body, release stored tension, and restore your nervous system.

Ideal for women navigating pain, injury recovery, or feeling disconnected from their physiology. We'll use breath as the foundation to help you realign with your natural rhythms. Leave feeling calm, centered, and deeply connected to yourself, with a personalized page to continue your practice to grow your relaxed resilience.

Sessions adapt to meet you exactly where you are in this season of your life.
