Join us for a nurturing class to embrace the change of season and ease into autumn. Kristin and Sarah have integrated the benefits of relaxing breathwork and meditation with gentle bodywork to encourage the mind and body to let go after the expansive summer season. Enter into the season with intention and presence rooted in breathing and massage techniques selected for the season. Rather than resisting the surrender of fall, we practice yielding and allowing all that fall brings.
