This workshop combines targeted psoas muscle self-massage using the Coregeous Ball with intentional breathwork to address one of the body's most crucial stabilizing muscles, the psoas. When your psoas is tight from sitting, lifting, or stress, it creates a protective pattern that affects everything from your shoulders to your pelvis, limiting your performance and mobility. Through guided ball work and breathing techniques, you'll release deep tension, improve hip flexibility, and teach your nervous system to shift from a state of protection to one of relaxation and optimal movement.
