Step Into Spring's Rhythm

Welcome spring and say goodbye to winter with a sound bath and breath walk. We've designed this sequence to support your body's transition from winter (the season of the exhale hold) into spring (the season of the inhale) on the weekend of Spring Equinox. We'll begin among the trees on an idyllic trail where Sarah will guide us through an intentional breath walk followed by a sound bath composed of bowls, chimes, and percussion. We'll close with silence to integrate the shifts and honor the seasonal transition.
