Begin with conscious breaths to anchor into the soak and then flow into breath awareness and a gentle body scan. We then explore the relationship between inhaling and exhaling in different parts of the body, breathing balance breaths and three-step breaths. Let curiosity be the guide as you free your body and mind to rejuvenate.

Remerge Restored with the Breath

5 Minutes

Breathe to integrate this sense of luxuriation and renewal into the rest of your day. We move through breath awareness, slow exhales, into invigorating exhales to integrate slowly and easefully into what comes next.

Keep the following in mind while playing with your breath

  • Soften your jaws and forehead.

  • Beware of forcing your stomach outwards on the inhale.

  • Use your hands to guide where you want to breathe into your body.

  • If you start to feel dizzy or lightheaded, pause and come back another time.
