Join Sarah of Slo Breathworks two Thursdays in June at 8:30 a.m. EST for two 20-minute sessions combining gentle breathwork and freeform writing—two powerful tools for expression and release. Each session begins with conscious breathing followed by freeform writing. We'll practice a different breathing technique each week, selected for the transition from spring to summer, which in the seasons of the breath comprises the movement from the full inhale into the retention after the inhale.
