Breathe into Summer

A Four-Week Virtual Breath Coaching Series

to study, explore, and befriend our breathing patterns to expand our capacity for stress in the middle of the season of the inhale hold.

Designed with sensitive systems and anxious minds in mind.

Inhale. Pause. Exhale. Pause again.

Inhale. Pause. Exhale. Pause again.

Consciously breathing

(like what is cued above, give it a try)

repeated, and fine-tuned for your body, over time is what can grow your capacity to feel:

  • empowered > overwhelmed

  • confident > freeze/flight

  • flow and possibility > stuckness

  • and at home in your body

There are a lot of things outside of our control right now. It’s time to show your body how to breathe so we can grow and live as we ride the ups-and-downs of the day to day.

I know how draining it can be to navigate the world overwhelmed.

The distrust that builds. The self-doubt that festers. The isolation from living a full life. The anxiety that amplifies with each day “lost” to sensations in the body.

This container will not “fix” you through gentle breathwork. You are not in need of fixing, brilliant breather. Conscious breathing will illuminate what is already inside of you. I believe you already have the soft strength and resounding resilience to make endless lemonade out of these lemons of anxiety and pain.

I am here to support you in using the breath to remember how to trust your body, believe in and use your voice, and fully connect with others as you.

You can read more about my story, education, and trainings here.

The Breathe into Summer series will help your system restore through the principle of breath.

Each group meeting includes interactive learning, practical exercises, and space for connection to shape your conscious breathing habit. Your private session introduces you to your breathing mechanics and patterns, which will help you craft a breathing practice that honors your system and body as they are now.

THE MIDDLE OF SUMMER IS AUGUST 8TH.

We begin August 7th.

It is a beautiful time to bring awareness to how you are moving through this season. You will get to know your breathing patterns and build a practice that shows your body it can exist in a soft, slow state. Let’s end the summer invigorated and confident, instead of anxious and overwhelmed.

Here’s the plan.

Friday, August 8th through August 14th | Pre-Scheduled 1:1 Session to Learn Your Breathing Patterns

Thursday, August 21st | 12pm-1pm EST| Sit with Thoracic Breathing

Thursday, August 28th | 12pm-1pm EST | An Adue to Abdominal Breathing

Registration closes August 1st.

Previous Breather’s Experience from March’s Cohort:

“This came at the right time. I recently started a new job, and at times, the job in general can be stressful. I was able to learn not only how to breathe better through those times but also how breath can be used as a tool for overall health: sleep, digestion, reducing stress, etc. I highly recommend!!!

Breathing techniques enhance emotional control, psychological well-being, and enhanced attention.

Slow breathing significantly improves self-reported stress, anxiety, and depression whether or not the breathwork session is delivered virtually or in-person.
