Retreat intentionally with breathgiving pillow pauses.

Slow breathing, especially at night, counters hyperarousal and overstimulation, two contributors to poor sleep.

Even just 30 seconds of slow breathing can slow down your heart rate and brain waves, causing you to react instead of respond. A key for collaboration and restoration.

When you offer a pillow pause, a five—or ten-minute recording, as part of your retreat, you give your guests an experience that will help them unravel even more into restoration.
