Online November Breath Break

This month, we will be exploring the two-part exhale to celebrate the season of the exhale in which we find ourselves. By taking a 20 minutes to inhale intentionally and exhale fully to relax, slow down the heart rate, and turn on the parasympathetic nervous system.
