Breathe for Impact Workshops

Change the world without losing your breath

Slo Breathworks’ workshops, virtual and in-person, help mission-driven leaders breathe pressure into presence.

Each workshop combines evidence-based breathing techniques with practical applications so each attendee can root into regulation in an increasingly dysregulated world.

  • Sarah hosted a corporate event for our group that was engaging, informative, and fun. We learned great information about breathing techniques and put some different techniques into practice together. By the end of the session, we all left feeling prepared to use breathwork to regulate ourselves during the workday!

  • "Sarah tailored her workshop to our work environment and addressed real scenarios of stress for our team members that we could practice grounding ourselves with the breath. It was very helpful for everyone to visualize, feel the stress of the moment and release through the breath."

  • "I highly recommend working with Sarah for a breathwork session. The blend of breath science and openness to differences between bodies was a super valuable perspective. She has this beautiful way of picking up what's going on with everyone in the group so that she can tailor the session to bring everyone together through breath. This is such a needed support in these times of community rebuilding. Definitely go for it!”
