  • Tuesday Breath Breaks in May with MVP Healthcare

    Tuesdays, May 6-27 | 1:30-1:45 pm EST | Open & Free for Everyone   

    This four-part, virtual series provides you with the opportunity to experience how gentle breathwork can help you manage stress and remain resilient throughout the day. Each 15-minute breath break will teach you a specific breathing technique that you can put to use right away. Not only will you have a tool to destress during the ups-and-downs of your day but you will leave each breath break more calm and collected for the afternoon ahead.

  • Forest Breathing

    Saratoga Spa State Park | Meet at Roosevelt II Building

    Enjoy the complimentary combination of gentle breathwork and Shinrin-yoku (forest bathing) for increased peace of mind and relaxation. As we move through the season of the inhale, spring, and our bodies bloom into the bright, full days, the afternoon will include healthful forest "bathing" in the Spa State Park bookended with inhale-inducing breath flows - hence forest breathing.

  • Yoga Mandali Pranayama & Meditation Class

    Begin your day with grounded, soft focus by connecting with your breath in community. In 30 minutes, we will explore gentle breathwork, breath awareness, and meditation. Come breathe, release, and restore.

Sarah Hutcherson, founder of Slo Breathworks, brings her sustainability expertise and hundreds of hours of training to help leaders living with anxiety live — by guiding them to discover, play with, and listen to conscious breaths.

After years of living with the debilitating effects of chronic illness and anxiety, Sarah understands the challenges of reemerging into a full, expansive life when your body’s norm is stress, overthinking, and pain. She combines trainings in breathing mechanics, the nervous system, and systems-thinking sustainability education with her lived experience to guide you to breathe slow and stress less.
