I decided to begin facilitating slow and steady mindful breathing sessions after Covid brought my body to a standstill in 2020 and not-so-gently nudged me to get real about the beliefs and unexpressed emotions that were holding me back.
Slowing down to breathe for about five to twenty minutes per day not only supported my nervous system during Long Covid, POTs, and divorce but expanded my capacity to step into a life where I am fully alive and free to be me.
I know a month-long breather will rewrite your individual stories on a nervous system level, so you keep on becoming your strongest, softest self.
I only facilitate two-month-long breathers at a time to ensure there is enough space for me to support your breathing journey in the micro-moments in between our sessions.
