Welcome the early days of fall with mindful movement, slow strides, and intentional breathing. A breath walk is not about how many steps you take, but rather about being fully present with each breath as you connect with the natural world around you. This guided walk explores how nature prepares for the transition to winter and invites us to reflect on our own seasonal transitions. Participants will receive gentle verbal cues to bring awareness to their breath, senses, and surroundings while meandering along the trails of Round Lake Preserve. The experience begins and ends with a group breathwork circle, creating space for relaxation, reflection, and renewal. Please wear comfortable, closed-toe shoes suitable for walking on natural trails.
