Begin your Saturday with a meditative and sensory breath walk. The 45 minutes center matching your strides with conscious, slow breaths to foster presence and restoration. Even if you've walked through Congress Park a hundreds of times, we pinky promise you will sense something you've never seen, smelt, or heard before by playing with mindful breaths.
We will breathe with a different part of the park and emphasize a specific breathing pattern inspired by that area's personality.
