When was the last time you breathed and asked your exhale: What are you holding?
During our hour together, we will practice and play with down-regulating breathing techniques that center long, slow exhales. We will also hold space through writing or doodling (or anything in between, choice is beautiful) to notice what is moving with our exhales.
The intentions for the Evening Exhale are for our nervous systems and bodies to pause, rest and digest, while we celebrate the innate beauty of Fall in and around us.
