A breath walk is a restorative way to welcome the change in the seasons. The intention for each breath walk is to connect you with your senses, the land, and the amblers around you. During our hour together, you will mindfully explore Pitney's landscape as you bring attention to and play with your breath.
You will bring attention to the transition into the inhale since Spring is the season of the inhale. The combination of intentional, slow inhales and meandering in the garden will help you slow down as you tune into what your body is bringing into this season. Remember to dress for the weather as we will be outside.
