December Virtual Breath Break - Free

We will practice the two-part breath during December's breath break. The two-part breath is beautiful for understanding where your inhale can land, which helps develop body awareness. In addition, it's been shown to help with focus and down-regulating the flight-and-fight part of our nervous systems.
