October Virtual Breath Break - Free

Take 15 minutes to play with your breath to reset for the rest of the work day. We will practice the 4:4:6 breath during October's breath break.

The 4:4:6 breath has been shown to increase circulation and oxygenation in the body, which is ideal if you are having a serious case of Mondays.
