A refreshing and joyful way to begin a Sunday - come breathe in gratitude for what the garden has provided as it is put to rest for the winter. The brilliant combination of conscious breathing and walking in the garden will help your nervous system slow down and relax. We'll begin with a brief explanation about conscious breathing, then explore the garden using multiple senses with cues to breathe, and finish with a grounding breath flow.
No equipment is needed. Just your lungs and your stupendous self!
